Hi Art.  I just wanted to write you and let you know how much help you have been to me during this stressful time in my life. You said that you were sure that your solution was a hundred percent right – and right you are!

Your knowledge, and more importantly, your extra effort to resolve what I thought was a catastrophic problem has proved to be a huge weight lifted from my shoulders.

This project of building a house has proved to be extremely challenging not only because we are just simple do-it-yourselfers, but also because I am a quadriplegic. My mother and I undertook this project over three years ago in order to make a home for me and now we are in the final stages. I appreciate you not just selling me a product and then washing your hands of it, but rather going the extra mile to help me make things right. I couldn’t be more satisfied with you or your company.
